How do I locate and forward Installation ID information? 

Can’t find your Installation ID on an Android device? The following is a guide to help you locate and forward it to Customer Support if you encounter a problem.

Android

If you are Signed In:

1) First, in the True Key app, tap the Menu icon on the top left, followed by Settings

2) Scroll down to the Support section, and tap 5 times on App Version

3) Tap the Share option on the pop-up box (that contains your Installation ID)

4) Select your Email app and follow the directions provided by Customer Support

 If you are Signed Out:

1) First, open the True Key app, and click the Use Standard Sign in button

2) Tap 5 times on the Don’t have a profile? line (above the Create profile button)

3) Tap the Share option on the pop-up box (that contains your Installation ID)

4) Select your Email app and follow the directions provided by Customer Support
