I don't see the Firefox browser in the option to Import. Why?

There are two reasons why you may not see the Firefox browser as an option to Import. 

  1. You may not have the Firefox browser installed on your machine. 
  2. You may have master password enabled on Firefox.

If master password is enabled:

  • Open your Firefox browser
  • Go to the top right corner and select "Options" (Windows) or "Preferences" (Mac)
  • Select "Security"
  • Uncheck “Use a master password”.
