How do I add biometric factors on my mobile device?

Adding Fingerprint on Mobile

Go to your Profile Preferences and scroll down to Lock Preferences.

Tap on Lock Preferences and choose your desired security level, either Basic or Advanced

If you’re using the Basic security level, select Fingerprint under the Factors section.

If you’re using the Advanced security level, select either Face & Fingerprint or Master Password & Fingerprint under the Factors section.

The True Key app will guide you through the setup process for Fingerprint.

Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation message that Fingerprint has been saved to your profile.

Finally, the True Key app will update your security level. If you’re using the Basic security level, Fingerprint should appear as your only factor.

If you’re using the Advanced security level, Fingerprint should appear as the second factor.

Adding Face on Mobile

Go to your Profile Preferences and scroll down to Lock Preferences.

Tap on Lock Preferences and choose your desired security level, either Basic or Advanced.

If you’re using the Basic security level, select Face under the factors section.

If you’re using the Advanced security level, select a combination of either Face & Fingerprint or Master Password & Face under the factors section.

The True Key app will guide you through the setup process for Face.

Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation message that Face has been saved to your profile.

The True Key app will update security level. If you’re using the Basic security level, Face should appear as your only factor.

If you’re using the Advanced security level, the combination you selected should appear under the Factors section.

You can also choose between two levels of Face security, either Convenient or Enhanced Face. Enhanced Face mode requires head movements for a higher level of security during sign in.

Toggle Enhanced Face to turn it on.

Once Enhanced Face mode is enabled, you will be asked to make specific head movements when you sign in to your profile.
